Shipping
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $50 and up (before taxes)!
- STANDARD USPS SHIPPING for orders under $50.
- Please ensure the CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS is entered at checkout.
- We currently only offer Domestic USA shipping and do not have International Shipping.
Processing/Order Status
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days following confirmation of order. (Business days include Monday-Friday and does not include weekends or holidays.) Only authorized purchases can be processed and shipped. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Cancellation
We understand you may have a change of mind and will be more than happy to accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please send a CANCELLATION REQUEST email to support@wintimeco.com along with your name and Order number, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Note: Not all cancellation requests will be guaranteed especially once the item has been marked as shipped.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES
Since we are a small business, we currently don’t offer returns or exchanges on any of our products once they are shipped and delivered.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Wintime & Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order is marked as shipped.
If the item is marked as delivered, and the package is missing, please do the following
- Check with friends or families at the address in case they have picked up your package
- Check with neighbors in case the package is delivered to the wrong address
- Wait 24-48 hours as shipping carriers may mark the item as delivered, but don’t actually deliver until the following day
If the item has arrived damaged, feel free to email us at support@wintimeco.com with pictures and your Order Number, so we can work something out! Please reach out within 5 days of order being marked as delivered. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
